Jen Stowe, MA, LAMFT

"I practice from the philosophical point of view that most behaviors are adaptations to the circumstances, environments and relationships human beings experience. I believe that most destructive beliefs and behaviors are rooted in the less than nurturing events we experience over the course of our life. Welcome to the human condition! Many of us can benefit from learning how to manage our human experience in healthier, constructive ways that promote growth and personal evolution. I believe in utilizing the brain’s neuroplasticity and activating our innate capacity to heal to increase and strengthen positive, growth inspiring beliefs and behaviors.

As a relational, trauma-informed therapist, I work with individuals, couples and families. I have training in EMDR, Post Induction Therapy (Relational Trauma), Experiential Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

I take a collaborative, individualized approach with clients to assist them in constructing and understanding their personal stories. We cannot change an individual’s story but we can change the reaction and response to it. And you, with the power of your (sometimes) overwhelming humanness , can write a better ending."

Milla Boros, APE, RM, PhD

Milla came to the U.S. 28 years ago. Back in Czechoslovakia, she became an MVD and achieved her PhD in Science. After a short time teaching at the Veterinary University, Milla started working in medical research in the field of immunohistology with fluorescent microscopy, partially for dermatology.

After moving to Minnesota, Milla found out that in order to continue her work she would have to go back to school and invest a vast amount of money on her studies in the U.S. This option proved to be very difficult at that time, so she decided to invest into Beauty school and different skin care classes. Today she is a passionate skin care specialist with an Advanced Practice Esthetician License.

Milla’s facials and treatments are based on scientific research and the latest technologies to rejuvenate and heal skin. She also does:

-Microcurrent for lifting and tightening skin and muscles

-Radio frequency for plumping dermis and boosting collagen and elastin

- Intense pulse light therapy for energizing facial components and healing facial structures

-High frequency for removal of fine wrinkles and diminishing puffiness

-A variety of chemical, manual, and sonic peels for hyperpigmentation, dry and rough skin, and fine lines

Milla’s classic facial massage helps detoxify skin and deep structures, such as connective tissues and muscles, to prevent brain and surrounding arterial net from potential clogging and stroke.

Milla is also a spiritual healer and Reiki Master practitioner and conjoined her knowledge about the invisible world with interest in quantum physics, cosmology, brain and consciousness research, transpersonal psychology, and more.

Her facial treatments are exceptional and will exceed your expectations!

Cuyuna IV

I am married to Leah (the love of my life) for nearly 20 years, and we have 7 children.  I have been a nurse practitioner for 7 years.  5 of those have been in orthopedics.  I have done thousands of injections in both joint and soft tissues in those 5 years.  I have a passion for PRP because of it's ability to regenerate normal tissues.  I enjoy treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and joint problems with PRP.  I enjoy using ultrasound imaging to specifically target injured areas.  I can treat any musculoskeletal area outside of the spine.  I provide consults to help diagnose issues, and determine if PRP is an appropriate treatment.  I went into healthcare because I want to heal and help people.  PRP provides a unique way for me to do that.
